Can't argue with success! As I am writing this, I am holding my brand-new Green Card, thanks to a successful application for a National Interest Waiver. Harun Kazmi shone especially when, with little warning, we were faced with a sudden deadline for filing my application (due to a temporary cutoff in available visa numbers for my category). He completed a lot of work and tied up all loose ends on very short notice, resulting in my application being submitted in time with no sacrifice in quality.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
