Watts Guerra LLC is a law firm established in 2020 with an office in San Antonio, TX. At this office location, there are 22 lawyers practicing commercial litigation, business litigation, commercial torts and 27 other areas of law.
I’m a paralegal in Corpus Christi and my boss is friends with Mr Watts - thats the only reason I signed with him. Now I regret it. In all my 39 years as a litigation paralegal I’ve never seen a law firm ignore clients like they do. Zantac settled, and the communication stopped. We’ve received an email that Pfizer would be sent out July 3, it’s three weeks later and documents still not received. Signed other settlement documents at beginning of year and zero response on when money is being disbursed. You call and leave voice mails and emails with zero response from the office. They love bomb you when signing you up, but after it’s crickets.
Never get clear answers about my case and have been asked for paperwork several times over and over that I have sent over and over again. The law firm is just to big for personal service. Lawyers are to momey hungry. Stay away from this place.
Watts Guerra has supposedly "handled" my 3M case for years, and they never reply to my emails. They always ask for the same documents, over, and over, and over, and OVER again. I email them, try to contact, and nobody replies and nobody ever clarifies anything. This has been ongoing for years. Makes me feel like Watts only cares about the big money they're going for and not this empty email address that nobody seems to be on the other side of.
