We have been involved in a large lawsuit involving thousands of plaintiffs. They have required documentation of the same things over and over. They have the client fill out and answer interrogatories (which is never done). I have worked in the legal and Federal Court system for 25 + years and have never seen this before. It is very difficult to reach anyone, especially the attorneys (who are very rude). We did not ask to be involved in this. They contacted us and expect us to jump every time.

Hired Law Firm

This law firm apparently absconded with my recently deceased mother's settlement funds. They owe our trust approximately $100,000 and they stopped returning phone calls or answering emails. I suspect when they found out she had passed they thought they could just keep the money-->they didn't realize she had a trust set up.
