Mr. Amsberry has an amazing understanding of the law and the legal system. Particularly in the areas of Family Law. Mr. Amsberry successfully handled my child custody case recently and my sons and I are very happy with the outcome. I strongly recommend Mr. Amsberry. His insight to the local courts and possible wining strategies made a real difference and without his help I doubt that we would have prevailed.

I was introduced to Amsberry law firm though a family member, who recommended they would help me in my matter. This attorney was quick to respond to all my emails and always made it sure to remind me that I could call/email them whenever I had questions regarding my case. They explained everything in detail how they would build my defense to increase my odds of a favorable outcome.  Amsberry and his firm was extremely professional and I would recommend him to anyone who needs legal advice.

I hired Russell Amesberry to handle my divorce, expecting professionalism, responsiveness, and competent legal guidance. Unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite. From the beginning, communication was poor. Emails and phone calls went unanswered for days, sometimes even weeks. Deadlines were missed or nearly missed, causing unnecessary stress and potentially harming my case. I often felt like I had to manage and follow up on everything myself, which is exactly what I was hoping to avoid by hiring a professional. In court, seemed unprepared and lacked a clear strategy. Important documents were either incomplete or submitted late, and key points in my case were not effectively presented. The end result was far less favorable than it should have been, and I can't help but feel that stronger representation would have made a significant difference. Divorce is hard enough without having to worry if your lawyer is doing their job. Sadly, I cannot recommend him to anyone.

He deserves a 0 rating! This attorney is arrogant, rude and disrespectful. He has poor communication skills and does not follow up on his cases. He charged me a $4000 retainer fee and did not refund it when I dropped him because he did not do the job that was expected, as a matter of fact, he did nothing. He then accused my sister and I of threatening his staff which did not happen. He threatened us! Don't even attempt to hire him!
