I feel relieved today. It was a long immigration journey I have been going through and finally it was over with the great victory. I have hired Kimberly Trupiano for my criminal defense case. Under extremely tough circumstances, Kim and her staff have been very good to work with. I am very satisfied with Kim and her staff and how they have helped me with my difficult situation.

Overall, I was pretty satisfied with the service by Trupiano Law. They helped me during all the steps of my USCIS application to remove the conditions from my green card. They answered all my questions regarding my case. Kimberly Trupiano is very knowledgeable and she gave me a head up on what is required for my case so I can prepare all the necessary documents on time. The only thing I think of a changing would be same times you will not get response as soon as you would like via email.

Attorney Trupiano refused to give me a contract right after I paid the retainer fee. I requested that she write a letter and then when we agree on the content of the letter, have her office send the letter to recipients. She sent the letter without my permission and refused to withdraw the letter. Another client of hers and I filed a lawsuit against her in Federal District Court for the damages she caused us. If I knew how, I would make public emails that support my poor rating of her services.

I hired her for a non legal situation, she needed to speak on my behalf and recover items from the police station as I am not in the state. It took 4 months and she finally said there was nothing more she could do. Wasted $1,000 on her for nothing - stay away from her she'll chat you up and you'll never hear from her once she gets payed. That was my experience.

Trupiano is great liar, she affirms to have 50 years of experience having only 3. She lures her clients with all kind of false promises, then she files her trash in bulk and charges by weight.Then she betrays her clients in court and after loosing sue them for collection. She is a novice, ignorant of law and good liar,she ought to be doing her former job: semi-trucker. Clients,judges,prosecutors are tired of her because she is beyond repair: A shame to the law industry.
