They were not responsive to our wishes. They did not prep properly prior to court appearances. Did not help us do proper due diligence prior to court appearance. Filed statements with various agencies using client privilege information rather than letting us file for ourselves.
Roger is a terrible lawyer. Takes weeks to get a call back for super simple matters Worst experience I’ve ever had. Unprofessional, poor use of time, and above all I had to beg him to call me back after he took my money. Once he got my deposit he essentially dropped the case. Many better option in the area that do a much better job. I got twice the work done in one month with another office vs the 6 months I wasted with him
