Doug and his assistant at the time, Laura,were very responsive to all aspects of the case.Very noteworthy is Doug's ability to see the larger picture and offer advice.In order to do this you have to be a good listener.Doug excels at listening and took the time to ponder what was said and to really try and grasp what I was asking and the ramifications of decisions made. Sadly,we faced several attorneys that did not grasp either the situation or the facts. Doug's calm detailed manner was superior.

One instance being when the opposing council tried attacking not only his client but also disrespected him. He kept his composure and I was so very impressed with how he used his knowledge of the law and also ethics to win our case. He and his staff were very helpful and prompt as well.

Doug and Carren were great to work with. I was impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism. Doug was fair and trustworthy and was patient in answering my questions. I also appreciated his calm demeanor - especially while in mediation. Carren was very responsive and helpful for quick questions. They make a good team.

Not much was accomplished as the back and forth between atty adair and opposing counsel ended up burning through my retainer.
