Ms. Setzer was always available for me. She returned calls and kept me informed, even when the defendants lawyers wouldn't respond to our calls or emails; Ms. Setzer would let me know this. She treated me like an equal, and she even remembered to ask about things in my family's life, like the senior prom for my son.
Branson Pethel was knowledgeable and responsive to my questions and needs. He provided a no nonsense approach that I found refreshing and desirable.
I WENT TO THEM in April to have 4 deeds redonel. I went up there week before last. Today is Jan. 1, 2020. As of yet the deeds have not yet been done. If there was a problem like they told me why did they not call me and tell me. I am not pleased at all.
Very disrespectful and not fully truthful
A complete lack of tact, poise, grace, discretion or professionalism. Mr. Pethel and Kristen Mulkey think its okay to use expletives and condescension in their everyday business practices or during a real estate closing. I would expect more manner out of a fly by night roofing or painting company. My advice would be to spend your hard earned money with a group of attorneys with a bit of table manners instrad of these low lifes.
John T. Hudson was the most rude and unprofessional lawyer or person for that matter I have ever dealt with.
