Andrew is an excellent lawyer with great people skills!! He is very patient and very thorough. He is straightforward and a man of integrity. He is well respected by the States attorney's office, the police Dept and the Salisbury community. His prices were reasonably fair and not overly expensive. We used Andrew on two occasions for my daughter in college. In both instances Andrew did a remarkable job, getting her cleared of serious charges. He literally helped save her college program. She is extremely knowledgeable and is very approachable and available to clients when they have questions.
