Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Gil represented me in a very stressful divorce 22 years ago. Because of his knowledge of the law and his negotiating skills, we were able to come to a very satisfactory settlement before court. After over 20 years my ex decided he no longer wanted to honor the judgment and stop support completely. I hired Gil again because of his expertise and attention to every detail. Both sides were very far apart and headed to court when Gil suggested mediation. He was excellent at walking me through what to expect during mediation and putting my mind at ease. It was obvious he was much better prepared that the opposition. We were able to agree on very fair settlement thanks again to Gil’s negotiating skills, avoiding the stress and expense of court. Through all of this I can’t say enough about legal assistant, Rita Smith. She was amazing, keeping me informed and organizing a mountain of paperwork. I highly recommend them both!!!
My divorce after 22 years of marriage was recently finalized and recorded. My now ex-wife and I had discussed using a mediator but she wanted her own lawyer. She chose Mr Feibleman because he was known to be fair and possibly I would not need to hire my own. I have done several years of medical -legal work and my first divorce 30+ years ago took 6 years and 30 trips to court so I had some PTSD from divorce lawyers. Mr Feibleman was able to, in just 5 hours, develop with our help a final judgement. He was very knowledgeable, consistent, professional, and FAIR. After a few minutes of the discussions it was clear to me that I would not need to hire my own attorney. I thank M. Feibleman for handling our divorce in such a helpful way and my ex-wife for hiring him.
Gil Feibleman was a blessing to me at a difficult time in my life. My situation was a tough one and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed near impossible. He remained professional throughout the entire process. Gil has a lot of experience with divorce cases and is very intelligent with his thought process. His strategies were very forward-thinking, and he was always straight forward with me with the good and the bad. His assistant Rita is amazing and a great asset to the team! She's professional, organized and has a very kind calm demeanor about her! Not only did I get my needs met with the divorce, but he helped me sustain my family and business. Everyone knows that divorce is expensive, but if you hire the right attorney it will save you tons in the end! My family, business and I are so grateful to him and I would recommend him and his team without reservation.
This was a first time hiring a lawyer and I am so grateful to have worked with Gil and Rita. They are extremely organized, professional and trustworthy. They are very knowledgeable and helped make my case go smooth and quick. Gil is a wonderful lawyer and if you’re are in need of someone who knows their stuff and gets things done. This is your man.
I have had many interactions with attorneys in my career. When I needed an attorney for a divorce Mr Feibleman was recommended by a business associate as, "the best attorney they had ever worked with". And you know they were right! For starters he listens to what you have to say. Very knowledgeable about the law. Experience and practicality also comes from an active career. He does not waste your time or money. He delivers. I needed his advice and services again years later. All of the above was still true. Mr Feibleman and his staff quickly got to work. The working relationship and support they provided were a godsend in navigating a difficult time for a successful solution and mediation with a difficult person.
Mr. Feibleman was my second attorney in a lengthy divorce settlement. From the moment I talked to him over the phone, I was immediately put at ease and knew I was in good hands. He is an absolute professional in every positive meaning that word conveys; knowledgeable on everything related to the law and able to answer every question with ease. He constantly kept me updated. Most importantly, he ended the delays caused by the opposing attorney, bringing the divorce to a much needed close.
Every aspect of Mr. Feibleman (and associates) cumulative professional and personal abilities have far surpassed that of any other individual or firm I've experienced during my 5+ year court ordeal. Gil has an impressive court presence and extreme quick wit, something something I've only experienced to this degree in movies prior. {para}In my modest opinion, Gilbert B Feibleman is a true master of his trade.
Gil Feibleman exceeded my expectations as a lawyer. I was impressed with his diligence and determination to get the best possible outcome for our daughters and me. His knowledge and expertise of Family Law are flawless. I followed his advice and every time it would benefit me and the children. Not only did Gil give me great advice, his legal assistant Rita Smith was fabulous! She helped me immensely through difficult times and situations. I highly recommend this great team at Feibleman and Case!
Highly qualified. I am a family law attorney myself and I knew Gil was the best around. He handled my case very smoothly and we came to a settlement that was good for all around.
I found him willing to listen to my situation and not just apply a "cookie cutter" approach to the financial obligations I would be mandated to provide. While a divorce was not what I wanted; he guided me through the process listening to my concerns and articulated them clearly in the course of my advocacy. I am happy with with my settlement and terms of my agreement. I highly recommend Mr. Feibleman and his staff.
