Our first handshake with Peter we both felt like this guy has the wheel for sure. During our meeting Peter drew us a small diagram of how the process goes, some of it we knew and lot of which I was clueless too. He knew the ups and downs of everything we asked and filled us with positive information, this made us feel safe. We could see the light at the end of the tunnel finally. it's a good amount of work on your end getting your own needed documents together. But knowing What papers to get together is the tricky part. KILO would have everything in my email, plain text for me to be able to wrap my head around. They submitted all our files and handled all the mess I made. A pain free experience.
