I have been looking for an immigration lawyer for a while until I stumbled across Peter's stellar reviews on yelp. He was at the time with different firm but every single positive review was mentioning Peter and only him. I booked an appointment and went to meet him with my husband.  Peter is kind, human, empathic. Extremely professional. He left such a wonderful impression that we decided to hire him for our change of status case.  Our case got unfortunately delayed because it had been filled right before the pandemic. Nothing to do with Peter but it took us 2 years and a half to finally have our case beying reviewed. During this period we got to know Peter. He has been extremely helpful, commutative, proactively informing us every single step of the process.  Meticulous. Precise. And positive. Peter Kyung is wonderful immigration Lawyer. My husband and I got married in Sept. 2019. Peter gave us very detailed lists of everything we needed to accomplish and gather. It was easy to make sure we had everything ready for filing with the step-by-step directions and interview coaching. Even through my husband and I are in Minnesota and Peter is in California, he made the Skype calls and phone calls for coaching/ questions feel personable. Our experience was tailored to what we needed, and we never felt ignored or misunderstood. When the world started to shut down in the beginning of 2020 due to the pandemic, Peter kept advocating for us. The USCIS office in Minnesota moved at a snail’s pace working through our case.
