I have known William W. “Bill” Palmer for many years, we are both members of the same nationwide organization and even before we first met, I knew his reputation as a thoughtful, very aggressive leader. So when my family had a legal headache, I called him. On the day of the mediation in San Diego before a retired Judge, we laughingly recalled the old Gary Cooper movie “High Noon,” where the Sheriff (Gary Cooper) stands alone against a gang of armed bandits. Except this time, in my movie, Bill was Gary.

We routinely work with William W. “Bill” Palmer and his law firm in a variety business matters. We can reach him at any minute and on weekends. But in one very difficult, high value case filed against certain of our companies in federal district court in California involving financial and consumer protection laws, Bill really distinguished himself against all the other lawyers. We were one of about 6 other defendant companies. Bill quickly wrote and filed a very complicated motion to dismiss the plaintiff’s case. We won. Our companies were the only defendants to be dismissed. Bill and his firm got us out of the case early, quietly, and cleanly.

Mr Palmer and his staff assisted me for many months on my personal injury and property damage claim. He alleviated the stresses that come with dealing with insurance companies and made it so that everything was taken care of. David and Mr. Palmer were always available to answer my questions and made it so that I learned about the process and the claims.
