Mark Drobny is very professional and thorough, yet he explains legal things in a way that the average person can understand. He is very organized so that the time spent with him is very productive. We (husband and wife) did family trust that included all ancillary docs. Mr. Drobny provided excellent individual attention and guidance to help us evaluate our needs and wants regarding our estate planning on multiple levels (e.g., assets managed and distributed as we want, health care decisions, avoid probate). We used Mark to develop an A/B trust and other estate documents in 2004. We found him to be very knowledgeable and informative. Based on recent changes in the law, Mark recommended that an A/B trust was no longer the preferred approach for us. Therefore we did a complete restatement of our trust in 2015.
