It was clear to me he understood the tricky and often emotional issues around amending or redoing a trust. Mark has been our attorney for 20 years. He put together our trust and as life moved forward modified the trust to fit our current needs. As part of preparing my Will, he gave me bound copies of my Will, Restated Trust, Durable Powers of Attorney for Financial Management and Advance Health Care Directives. He included five (5) unbound copies of my Advance Health Care Directives to be given to my primary care physician and my agents and alternate agents for health care decisions. He retained the original documents in his office.
