Law Offices of Daniel A. Hunt is a law firm established in 2011 with an office in Sacramento, CA. At this office location, there are 2 lawyers practicing estate planning, trusts, probate and 19 other areas of law.
I hired this firm to represent me as a plaintiff in a litigation in a matter of which they claim to be specialists. The case is on going. After 18 months and $40,000 invested here, I was faced with a choice: lose this winnable case because of woefully inadequate representation by Daniel Hunt and his lawyers, or find new representation. I chose the latter. Daniel Hunt let his brand-new subordinate attorneys run my case on his behalf without concerns about their performance. He demonstrated absolutely no interest in supervising his subordinate lawyers despite their expensive missteps. He was endlessly indifferent, and was never was able to bring himself to evaluate my case such that these expensive missteps by his subordinates could be avoided. He had no knowledge to ever draw any advice, or guidance. The most expensive mistake I have ever made was hiring this firm to represent me. I do not recommend this firm to anyone seeking litigation representation.
Absolutely the worst representation I could have imagined. Ultimately I had to dismiss them and hire new representation because Daniel Hunt was totally indifferent to my case after I invested months of time and tens of thousands of dollars. Daniel couldn’t be bothered to actually do any work despite my expressions of concerns he was passing the buck to inexperienced attorneys. He was indifferent to how it was being handled by his subordinate attorneys who operated my case without any supervision or guidance. Expensive and avoidable missteps ensued. I simply could not get Daniel Hunt to offer any guidance which was so obviously sorely needed. Concerned of how this indifference, lack of knowledge and experience would affect my case moving forward, I had to find new representation. There are plenty of good firms out there. I did not find Daniel hunt’s form to be one of them. If they can behave this way with me, they can do it to anyone. They really really let me down.
