Working with Mr Fraley was an absolute nightmare. He was only helpful the first day when he demanded a payment in full in advance. After he that he was sloppy, short, rude, did not listen to a word I said as a client and then blamed me for each time he missed deadlines or filed things incorrectly along the way. I’d make sure to never recommend to anyone as he will not help you as you are better off filing yourself as having an attorney in this state of mind is definitely a biggest liability possible.

PLEASE do not use this company to file for you . I started my case with Mr frayley over 6 months ago and after making payments to them the communication basically stoped. Call after call ,email after email and could not get them to give me any idea of what's going on. I finally told them I would like a full refund and talked to Gary about it. He agreed to giving me a full refund because of how horrible this experience has been. So now it's been weeks and I call almost every day to get them to issue the refund and still get the runaround. I'm now being sued because they didn't do the job that they were hired to do and can't get my money back from them . Absolutely stay away from this company!!!!! I will update if they make it right, until then do not use them !!!
