STAY AWAY, ONLY OUT FOR THE MONEY AND HAS NO EMPATHY TOWARDS YOUR FAMILY MATTER. Does not care about your specific needs whatsoever. Responds and works mostly with short emails that keep you confused and hanging on. "Important family and financial matters should never mostly be discussed via email between attorney and client. It works well for the attorney but not for the client." Doesn't offer any solutions to your problems, $38,000 later I still had to retain another attorney. Lack of communication between staff members, and is oblivious to the key points pertaining to your case, other staff members are working on your case and you have to pay everyone so they can play catch up with each other. Poor billing department that makes mistakes. In my case it was over $2,500 that I was billed for another clients work. Highly fidgety, and emotionally unstable and not patient character which makes you afraid to ask questions and ask for help.
Absolute criminal. She failed to pay me as her expert witness despite hours of research and hours of deposition. This is how she treats those on her “team!” Beyond that, she appears barely competent to help you legally. Steer clear of this bumbling attorney. I’ve filed a complaint with the NJ bar association. Note that the ONLY good Google review is from someone related to her!!!
Between May to September, I was repeatedly told by the FBI and U.S. Attorney's office in Newark to obtain an attorney to represent me in an nsurance, litigation & medi.-arb.case against Sport Dodge, its owners on the Federal & State criminal indictments issued in Atlantic County and a SEALED, AT PRESENT, Federal indictment in Trenton. In about Oct. 2016. I presented my docs to the firm by fax, after 2-years, and on Sept. 16, 2017, I was sent by cert mail a 1 sentence denial w/o in a cold way.
Cynthia Matheke went behind my back and did "stipulations of agreement?" She teamed up with JSMC and let them go. No doubt for money since, in her own words the day after we met "this is criminal". See JS used me to teach surgical residents nearly killing me 2X. and leaving me a cripple w/TBI they counted on leaving me oblivious. I will send my record to anyone who wants to see for themselves. Complete with certificate of merit. Matheke was prosecuted by Ethics Board for it.
This lawyer is highly emotional, and has a bad relationship with the local judges.
