I was in a situation where I was being accused of a number of things that simply were not true. Michael Garagolzo is an incredible lawyer. I was charged with a DUI, exceeding the speed limit, negligent driving, reckless driving, failure to obey traffic control devices, driving without a license… my docket was like a grocery list. I had a previous out of state DUI as well. I spoke with many lawyers, but Michael immediately stood out. He was completely honest about the case, and he came up with a plan on how to mitigate the punishment. I followed his instructions exactly how he laid them out. He was able to avoid license suspension with the MVA with his knowledge of those proceedings. The paperwork wasn’t in order and he called it out. In my criminal case, he was able to get me a plea deal resulting in only the negligent driving offense. Everything else was dropped. Michael’s complete familiarity with not only the laws, but the legal process and the people enacting it were on full display throughout my time with him. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
