I am totally grateful for Attorney Arii ! I happened on Madam Arii using Goggle the day after my charge. When I discussed the specifics of my case with her, I believe she heard and understood my request-- so much so that she was ready to fight for me after hearing my story. She was diligent in capturing all of the infinite and important details of my case and in turn she developed a strategy to conquer my case and she did so very eloquently. I am thoroughly happy with the outcome and cannot recommend a better attorney.

Getting a DUI was incredibly scary. I was clueless about what to do, or how to properly handle the situation. I talked to a couple of lawyers, but Sei-Hee stood out. She was friendly and explained everything thoroughly. I was frustrated and anxious dealing with this whole situation, but she did make it better. With COVID-19 my court date kept getting pushed back. Once the day finally arrived, Sei-Hee managed to get my DUI case dropped down to a PBJ negligent driving case. She's amazing and if you're going through this situation, go to her! She'll work for you and get the best possible outcome for you. She did for me!!!

Earlier this month, I was in court facing two criminal charges from a single traffic infraction. But because I made the wise decision months earlier to hire Sei-Hee Arii, I was free from worry. Leading up to the trial, her combination of competence and straightforward communication put me at ease. Without revealing specifics, Sei-Hee’s intimate knowledge of Maryland’s court system gave me a crucial advantage. As a result, she successfully secured the dismissal of both criminal charges and filed my expungement paperwork on the same day!

Used Sei-Hee to try, & clear up my son's driving record. He did not realize the ramifications points on a license have. He just went & paid his fine & accepted the. I retained Sei-Hee to see if we can some how get the points removed. She was the first attorney that I had spoken to that had convinced me that it was possible. After retaining her it started off bleek, but upon appeal we wound up getting a pre-trial court date. Well this is where she worked her Magic. I, and my son would have been more than happy to just have the points stricken from his record. Well Sei-Hee did way better than that. She managed to get the whole incident stricken from my son's driving record. In simple terms, I asked for a piece of cake, instead Sei-Hee delivered me a whole cake, with frosting, and a cherry on top. She exceeded my and my son's expectations competely. Sei-Hee has proven to be a very confident, competent, and empathetic attorney. I would not hesitate using her again in the future.

Sei-Hee Arii is an outstanding attorney. She is very proactive and knowledgeable about the ins and out of the justice system. She was successful in obtaining a nolle prosequi (dismissal) of my criminal case (a DUI/DWI and reckless driving) in court on and at the MVA today.
