Hamilton Martens, LLC is a small firm of lawyers with big firm experience. The firm was founded by experienced litigation attorneys who previously worked together at Kennedy Covington Lobdell & Hickman, a large regional law firm based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Honoring our strong personal and professional ties to the state of South Carolina, we opened our offices on Main Street in the Historic Old Town of Rock Hill in 2004 and, in 2017, relocated to Oakland Avenue in the Oakland Avenue Historic District just outside of downtown Rock Hill. We recognize that our unique geographic location allows us to serve clients located throughout the metro Charlotte region. We are committed to providing the highest level of service to clients doing business throughout the Carolinas and across the country.
