About Brent Stewart

With almost 40 years of legal experience, Brent P. Stewart is known throughout the community for his comprehensive and compassionate approach. He treats each client like they’re his only client, despite owning and operating multiple legal offices throughout the Carolinas.

After graduating from Ohio State University with a Bachelor's and West Virginia University School of Law with his law degree, Brent worked with the successful firm Bordas and Bordas, then took the esteemed position as the Attorney General of Guam, the United States Pacific Island territory. He has since spent his career pursuing justice for personal injury victims and their families, from workers’ compensation claims to vehicle accidents, wrongful death, and medical malpractice lawsuits.

When I first started talking to Stewart Law firm I didn’t think that I had a chance. I had pretty much given up. After speaking with Brent he made it very clear that he would take care of everything. He gave me hope where there was no hope. He explain everything to me and help me to get the help I needed and worked on my problems. I am so thankful he took the time with me. I would recommend him to anyone he is such a great guy and a great lawyer and over the years a great friend.

Brent was very professional and went out of his way to bring full transparency to each case. I have worked with attorneys in the past, where it feels like I am being treated as a just another “file”. I never felt this way with Brent, it seemed as if I could have been a family member or close friend....and that he was fighting for me!

Mr. Stewart has handled my case and that of a few of my family members. Is is very trustworthy, knowledgeable and caring about his clients. He will sit down with you and explain things line per line so that you can understand what is going on. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my family or friends lives because sometimes it is life hanging in the balance.

Brent Stewart has been my family’s attorney for well over 10 years. He’s extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very reliable. He’s gotten several of my family members large settlements from car accidents and managed to save my adolescent brothers from worlds of trouble over the years. If you need someone to go to bat for you, you want it to be Brent! He’s a real shark when it comes to his clients. I highly recommend his services!
