Mr Riotto did a perfect job in appealing my speeding ticket. Before I contacted his office, I thought there would be hundreds of fine and 4 points loss in my driving record,incurring a huge increase in car insurance. But he successfully reduced the ticket to a non-moving violation and to my big surprise, there's no point loss at all and the fine was reduced to almost nothing.
