My particular lawyer at this firm leaves some to be desired as far as timeliness of response and his willingness to explore options (he's young and I've dealt with workers comp before), but there are few law firms in this area that still deal with worker comp and this company eventually gets the job done. As far as knowledge of the state laws, etc... he is exceptional. This is the main reason I would recommend this firm.

Our settlement was no where near the original settlement quoted. It was cut in half and and then half of that was put into a Care Guard medical account for the injury that no Dr's. take in the Buffalo area. Now that we need to access that account we are being told we have to travel to NYC to use it. The I argued with the attorney and said we weren't getting any deal at all. However he had already smooth talked (this is putting it nicely) my husband into signing. The firm and his lawyer got a nice payday my husband got the short end of deal.
