During a summer daycare program, my 6-year-old son received an injury that required hospital care. After about a year of dealing with the insurance company, I contacted Jim at Suk Law Firm. Jim and his staff was pleasant and kept us informed about the status of the negotiations with the insurance company. In the end, my son had made a full recovery, the proper legal process was completed, the hospital bills were paid, and I was reimbursed for my personal insurance expenses.

The loss of a loved one, especially your mother, is significant. It is an event that one is not fully prepared for. I experienced the loss of my mother in 2014 due to nursing home negligence. I contacted Mr. Suk and we discussed the incident and the possible options. Mr. Suk and Ms. Nash-Eickhoff were exceptional! They were very professional as they kept me up-to-date on the progress and were readily available when I had questions. I highly recommend them!

Contract called for 1/3 of settlement plus expenses, with expenses owed if case was lost. I later found that this was unusual, as most are 1/3 on contingency without the addition of expenses. At trial, my attorney invited opposing counsel to dinner with his wife, though at all times prior he indicated a strong dislike for opposing counsel. Opposing counsel then questioned me regarding matters that were privately related to Mr. Suk and not governed by discovery.
