If you like your items and money don't hire them. Was willing to give my Ex more than what she was asking for and pretty sure if she asked for my future house he would've given her that as well. Not willing to fight for anything that I wanted. Kept telling me that personal items were not worth fighting for. During mediation I did all the negotiating as he didn't want to fight for anything. So if you value your things do not hire.
Completely ignored much of the evidence and information I provided her to advance my case... lost every single hearing we had with my ex husband over a 9 month period. I was left with a debilitating BILL from her after a long court battle in which any other attorney would have slammed shut - and won the case - for me within just weeks. I feel that she purposefully dragged things out and I actually witnessed her joking and chatting with the opposing attorney. She pressured me to settle.
Terrible Attorney. Literally the worst I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Had to hire attorney from my home to review everything because he was not trustworthy. If you like your money or your things please do hire Dittrich. He will not fight for your things or your money. I had to do my own research and then during mediation I had to fight for myself. Had to pay him 4 hours for him to just sit there while I fought for my items. Then during breakout he would say take the deal, and I would say no then I would fight for more and get more. He did this 4 times. Would have been better off doing the divorce on my own. I would had to pay my ex another 10 grand if I listened to him.
