Hired Attorney Domingo Castillo Esq.

I do not recommend Castillo & Associates at all. They honestly will take advantage of you. I was charge $300 for a very sort phone call to USCIS to check the status of a case, and the person who made the phone call pretended to me during this call. When you called the office to make an appointment they do not informed you about fee amount, even though I asked multiple time for the cost of this visit. Worse customer service, and a rip off.

To say that I had a bad experience it’s like make them a compliment, horrible people skills, when you need an attorney you want to feel that he is on your side, your ally, what would you do if your attorney office never returned your calls, and when you decide to go there to talk to them, waiting for 45 minutes past your appointment he shows up at the reception with the bag of Chinese food and asking me do you need to be somewhere else right now ? I said yes at work, but instead I am sitting here for 45 min with no one at the reception waiting for you, his response was classic…he said so… if you so impatient, you can leave and find somebody else. Horrible attitude would never ever recommend dealing with this attorney or the office

Nicolas montes is worthless as an attorney, I just fired him, and after I reviewed my file I found out he did absolutely nothing for me, he didn’t even have my medical records, I lost 18 months with this worthless attorney (NICOLAS MONTES) sincerely ROGELIO CORDERO.
