The Staff and Mr. Merna was Professional and patient with kindness in answering questions and giving directions on the process. They made sure that I was set up for success and helped me with getting the answers needed. The Staff and Mr Merna worked together to prepare my case and prepare me with each process of the procedures from the documents and the process of finding and implementing the documents to my portal. Very patient and understanding with me when I was having trouble with implementing the correct way and procedures.

Very efficient, would recommend them in a heartbeat. Very satisfied. From Day 1, they assisted me all of the way. Whenever I had questions they responded quickly. Loved the convenience of doing everything online or over the phone even your consultation! I.did not have to take time off to go into their office. I was able to do it during my lunch break. Yes lunchtime, I did not have to drive and sit in the office waiting to be called. The most complicated and time consumming thing was getting all the required documents for filing. That was my issue not there's. Staff answerd all of my questions and if needed got the answer right away!! Required classes was good, and also excellent advice given so you can stay debt free. This was my second time filing. due to my husband passing away. I was struggling afterwards. With the tools given me This was more easier than previously done many years before. Attorneys were good. So was staff. Court was done like a zoom meeting.

While the end results were not what I was hoping for, mr. Merna and his office were extremely helpful through my entire process. All communication I had with them was professional, and all email traffic was prompt.
