On 16 December 2024, Monday, a rainy dark evening, I was involved in a traffic violation in Chesterfield, Virginia. After the police officer obtained all information from both parties involved and rendered Virginia Uniform Summons along with the Vehicle Collision Information Exchange Form --- Chesterfield County Police Department, I knew that this matter was serious enough that it would required legal professionalism, expertise, determination, attention-to-details, compassion, organization, trustworthy, among other keen attributes in traffic law. I contacted Trey Mattox's office after receiving a speeding ticket. I couldn't afford any points on my license. I spoke with Mr. Mattox and he took all my information and discussed my case at length. He walked me through the different possible outcomes and advised me to take a driver improvement course prior to the court date. Because of this advice, my speeding charge was amended to a nonmoving violation without any points. I was very satisfied with the advice, the representation, and the results.
