They are really good about telling the consumer what steps they need to take and it is so HARD to get them to do anything. They want to have the consumer do all the work to resolve the issue that they are in need of assistance with.
The firm's attorneys return calls in a timely manner and explain the coverage of the policy holder's plan. The attorney that I spoke with most recently also gave me an "estimate" of a retainer needed to have the firm pursue the action, if applicable.
Should be additional follow up and more responsive lawyers
This firm is excellent for handling simple contract reviews, or standard traffic court cases, or in giving advice for dealings with government agencies. However, their overall approach to handling client cases, seems to follow an almost "Big-box store" like plan, high volume-low quality. They mishandled my Worker's Compensation case, and dropped the ball on pursuing my severance package, when the employer terminated me. They also did not fight very hard on my car accident.
I was using the company through the Pre-Paid Legal services that I have purchased years ago. I received the information to fill out the will. I took sometime filling it out. When I did finish it, I sent it in. When I received the finished Will it was incorrect. They had failed to include one of my Step-sons and mixed my mother and sister's names up. I then had to send it back. The next time I received it they had put the wrong birthday for my Step-son. So I was not happy with my experience.
Lawyer took approximately 4 years to settlement on that auto accident case. We did not receive what the lawyers said we could possibly receive. No where near it.
This is the worst experience I am having in my life. The lawyer could not be bothered to call me to help address my issues, and I will now have to find a new lawyer to address my issue in the next three days. I would NEVER recommend this law firm to anyone.
I have deal with this law firm because of collection issues with a credit card I've maxed out. I went to court came to an agreement and pay my payment on time every month; but their responsiveness is very very very poor because I've been asking for a letter stating that i"m clear of my debt thats all. i mean almost 2 months and still cant get my letter. I wouldnt recommend no one to do business with this law firm. This is the worth experience I ever had with a law firm.
