I thoroughly appreciate the immediate response that I received. I just did not like that I followed through and asked for response of acknowledgment but never received it. Other than that, i am pleased.

We were seldom able to get the same person twice. The way it was explained to me, they have different people who handle different aspects of the Chapter 13 filing, but it would be nice to have one point person. The whole bankruptcy proceeding was a nightmare to begin with, and I don't think Boleman did enough to explain what was going on. After we closed our filing out, we ended up still owing over $4500 to the IRS- apparently this is fairly common, and we were not
