This individual is my father’s appointed attorney, and there has been very limited communication between them. Despite my father’s repeated attempts to reach out through phone calls and emails, he has received incorrect information from the paralegal, or at times, no clear information at all. When attending court, the judge has mentioned that my father should have received certain documents from his attorney—documents that were never provided. Recently, my father was finally able to speak directly with his attorney to express his concern that nothing seems to be progressing and that he is being left uninformed about his own case. Instead of addressing the issue, the attorney responded by criticizing my father’s spelling, which was both unprofessional and irrelevant. My father’s emails were clearly understood, and delivered. Overall, we are extremely disappointed and disheartened by the lack of communication and professionalism.

My experience with Sean Bartholick was deeply unsatisfactory. After receiving payment, he ignored me for weeks, leaving urgent emails unanswered and failing to take any action on my case. Despite setting a 24-hour response expectation, he repeatedly failed to communicate (upwards of weeks or not at all), often responding with dismissive or unprofessional remarks, including the use of emojis in serious communications. He made personal attacks, blaming me for my frustrations with his inaction. He only filed one document and showed little commitment. Efforts to escalate my concerns to Andrus were also ignored. Sean’s lack of professionalism and accountability make him unreliable as legal counsel. My case was time sensitive and I was promised counsel and motions specific to my case that had to deal with my children, and he took zero action after receiving payment. I reached out to Mr. Andrus to address these issues- and he ignored me as well. 0/5 this is a firm that overcharges.
