A blatant liar, a slow woman trying to act like a know all, mimicking and insulting others. I used to sympathise with her but was aghast to see how quickly she turned against the judge and the jury once she lost the case, while in court before the verdict was given she was literally admiring them!!! Horrible woman without a character !!!

Elaine is undereducated and unprofessional Ridiculous! Not a lawyer a Liar ! She lost a lot of time but of course you don’t see her losses posted. She is bringing this firm down one day at a time they will see it in the end !
Do not find her professional. Does not meet expectations. Poor judge of character. Mocked someone during a trial.
She lost my case horribly using what she believes is a good PR machine...just overall absolute garbage and everything wrong with the legal system
Based on what I have seen of her in court, I am not impressed. If someone asked me should they hire her as a lawyer, I would have to say no.

Absolute trash of a lawyer! She will lie and keep lying even after a veridic has been set. Just trash!
It shocks me as a lawyer that this person would compromise any chance of an appeal by going on tv and criticising the jury and the judge - as an officer of the court she has a duty to uphold the integrity of the court and proceedings - if she has serious concerns backed up by evidence she should file an appeal and frankly do this on a pro-bono basis because her reputation is currently in question - on her page she self publishes dozens of accolades, which sound impressive but in reality are meaningless given her conduct thus far. We all have difficult clients and these cases often rest on the respective credibility of the parties - she mishandled the presentation of her clients evidence and this was her case to lose.
