About Todd Alexander, Esq.

Todd, a Reno-Sparks native and U.S. Navy veteran, earned his philosophy degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2007. After clerking for a District Judge in Washoe County’s Second Judicial District Court, he practiced insurance defense litigation as a partner at a Reno firm before joining Benson & Bingham. With extensive trial experience in state and federal courts and arguments before Nevada’s Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, Todd’s insurance defense background provides unique insight into pursuing personal injury claims. Licensed to practice in all Nevada courts, he enjoys golfing and exploring the Reno-Sparks wilderness when not practicing law.

Todd was an amazing help during a tough situation. I felt that the insurance company really was giving me the run around. Todd was able to explain everything for me and make sure that my case was being handled! I can’t imagine how the situation would have turned out without the help of the amazing people at Benson and Bingham. I didn’t need to stress about anything besides my health because they were able to take care of everything for me. Hire them !!

Working with Todd was very easy and amazing! He was very good at explaining the process about what my case would detail and what to expect. Recently, I experienced a challenging situation when I was involved in a head-on collision while taking my daughter to school. My car was completely totaled, and I suffered physical injuries that required hospitalization. Stranded without a vehicle and grappling with the aftermath of the accident, I realized I needed legal assistance.
