Shook and stone did a fine job handling my case from start to finish. It was my first accident involving injury, and I had no idea what to expect. They helped me find excellent care for an injury and made the process painless and efficient. They always responded to my inquiries in an efficient manner. "I am humbled by the tireless, relentless efforts put forth by the entire team at Shook and Stone. Saying I mattered was not lip service, it was demonstrated from intake to settlement. Confidentiality agreements disallow me from offering exact details. I can say my case wasn't a slam dunk. Two other law firms, well known to Las Vegas agreed to meet with me. In both cases, I was back out the door being told they couldn't help me within ten minutes of my arrival. The defendant had already denied responsibility, and they weren't willing to try and help me right this wrong. No easy money, weren't interested. Discouraged, I set up one more meeting, this with Shook and Stone. The consideration and compassion started when I walked through the door. They weren't looking at $$ signs. At the end we all came out on top. My most humble thanks to the entire team. Most importantly, higher compassion, consideration, ethics and integrity.
