I needed advice on an unusual issue related to entertainment intellectual rights and production. Entertainment law is included as an item in Mr. Santos' experience, and I decided to take a chance. He responded to my cold call, listened carefully and asked for details. After he reviewed them, we agreed on a quite acceptable price for his consultation, he spent a few days in review, perhaps a bit longer than I expected (he's busy!), and then we had a lengthy, unhurried and detailed session when he went line by line, focusing on what he saw as the main matters I needed to protect against. He covered matters I was concerned about and added others that educated me no end on essentials. I acted successfully on his advice and his follow up has opened new possibilities for me. We do not know each other but I felt he cared seriously and was enthusiastically supportive. Sound advice, attentive, clear explanations, empowering , forthright and honest. Office staff responsive and courteous.
