I obtained Laub's services when I fell on a broken side walk in So.Tahoe Ca. At first, things seemed fine, for they have a nice receptionist and I thought all was well. Things fell apart after a couple of months when my case was ping ponged between SLT and their Reno office. When I'd call they hardly ever returned it, and when I did speak with someone they were moody. My case ended up in Reno with a unprofessional staff. My case took 1.75 years to settle and went to collection
It was without a doubt the most unorganized did not ever communicate with my husband or myself ever during the whole ordeal, we were left wondering and in the dark on all areas of the bankruptcy. Very stressful, and upsetting.
