"Thank you" these days seems so small for people like you. As lost and confused as I was in a situation I had no idea how to handle, the first law firm that came up was McOmber & McOmber when I finally searched on google. I called and Tiffany Yacullo was the first person I spoke to and when I tell you, this young lady made sure I was informed, very patient, very supportive, very kind, on point and very respectful. I couldn't have asked for anyone else to represent me. Both Tiffany Yacullo and Christian McOmber were two strangers who worked hard and stood by me and stood firm on law as they represented me with everything they had on my case. I'm slowly starting to gain myself back to who I am. I thank God so much for trusting people when I was in a space of not trusting anyone. This is a pleasure working with this company. I really appreciate their professional. I would definitely refer them to a friend or family member. They were very thorough. They explained everything to help me understand each process. They also were very compassionate for how this made me feel before settling this case, they’re also very and determined to help their clients. I can really appreciate that the process took a very long time but in the end it was time well spent they invested a lot of time and energy on my case they were always available when I reached out to them with any of my questions they are far from pushovers which I like, and respect!

I was wrongfully terminated from my employ and was faced with emotional, financial, and psychological effects from the separation. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
