Lipsey & Clifford, P.C.. was founded in 2001 and originally located across the street from our current office in Hanover, MA. As our caseload grew, so did our locations and talented staff. Our Social Security and Disability Center was opened in April 2006, Michael Flores joined the firm as of counsel in December 2010, the Boston office opened in February 2011 and Beth Levenson joined us in April 2011.

The law firm is highly involved in the local community with Attorney Scott Clifford appointed to the Hanover Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors in May 2011 and the firm participating in the annual Sharon Sprint Triathlon to raise money for charity.

I can't tell how much he put into either my wife's application or my own, but both were eventually successful. As my wife passed away at about the same time as we received notice that her claim was successful, he told me that he was returning his portion to me, for which I am very pleased.

I have left several messages for Atty. Lipsey and have not gotten any phone calls back regarding my daughters social security case. I had filled out all the social security paperwork myself and after the 3rd denial hired Atty Lipsey for the appeal process. We are currently waiting for a court date.

Hired Attorney Bruce Lipsey

Hired to represent me in a WC case. Atty Lipsey failed to demonstrate the slightest interest or work effort needed to stay apprised of my medical status or to prepare for trial; my records remained "unread" during the yrs the case was "pending". Hoping for an "out of court" settlement, my records remained outdated & no trial work began until the week of the trial. By this time I'd prepared my own case & handed over my work product to Atty Lipsey; perhaps "Criminal Law" is what he was offering.

POOR COMMUNICATION AND ORGANIZATION RIGHT FROM THE START . ONE STAFF MEMEBER SAYS IM ALL SET WITH MY PAPERWORK AND ANOTHER CALLS NEXT DAY AT 3 SAYING NONE OF MY PAPERWORK IS IN HOUSE. IF THEY CANT ORGANIZE EMAILS AND COMMUICATE HOW CAN I HAVE THEN REPRESENT ME RED FLAG
