Mr. Dominick has been my attorney in a very difficult conservatorship. At all times he provided exceptional service, and kept me informed of legal proceedings. I confidently give him the highest recommendation.
A month after our initial appoint with Fullerton, Lemann, Schaefer & Dominick, LLP, we wanted to find out the costs and time frame. We sent an email did not get a response to our question. We sent an email twice again, 4 and 6 weeks later, but got no response. We decided we could not wait any longer. We decided to get the work done elsewhere, and paid someone else to do it. Then in May we received the estate materials, and a bill. The legal work was for the estate of a person in his 90s. Three months was too long to get the job done. I am not able to recommend them.
Mr Dominick is the most rude condescending man I have ever met in my life. I would have never treated even my worst enemy as rude as he has treated my family and I. My sister-inlaw asked him about getting our accounting sheet. He lied and told us we had to request one. My sister-inlaw works with a Judge in Calif and knows exactly what to request and had done so two weeks prior. He lied, then had the nerve to charge us for that phone call. I have no positive feedback and wish I could continue.
