Brian and his staff did an amazing job navigating and advocating me through what could have been a nasty textbook divorce. I am salesmen, by trade we are hated almost as much as lawyers. ...I never once felt like that I was being handled like a number or a dollar sign. If you need help understanding divorce and want a stand up law firm that produces fair results both parties, call Brian. Over a year later, my EX and I are partners in parenting and the war is over, and he helped me get there.

I am extremely upset and disappointed with Mr. Hatcher! I gave him cash money to retain his services. After I determined that I no longer wanted to use his services, I contacted his office for a refund. They returned a portion of it, but weeks later I am still getting the run around for the rest. This is causing me undo stress and anxiety. I'm told he will issue me a check, but I want cash, which shouldn't require me to have to wait until he is in the office. I need to hire a law office to help me and I need my money.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
