The Chapter 13 process was explained in detailed at my first visit. I was given a list of all information I would supply them. Their office staff was quite competent when I met with them with all the required paperwork and I was able to fax them anything else that was needed. My court date was set about 2 months out. I paid them around $200 to get the process started and filed. I paid the NC Bankruptcy Office $199 monthly for 18 months and case was then closed out. Good value for the money!

Very efficient (like they've done the process many times), but felt like all our needs were handled only by assistants. Not sure if we ever met the lawyer we were supposed to have retained.

Never spoke to him. Some of his assistants were helpful, rest were very hateful and downgrading.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
