I was pulled over for speeding, the cop asked me to do a sobriety test that I did mediocre on, I refused to blow, and was taken downtown. There was no supporting evidence other than the cop’s testimony to be convicted. Mr. Roberts was late by 2 hours every court hearing and barley fought for my case at trial. He never brought up my prior service and honorable discharge of the United States Army or my health health condition of Raynaud's disease that could have explained the sobriety performance.
