This man is a maniac. Bad judgment, bad temper, dangerous person, and can’t manage to get a good result in court. The only things he knows how to do are to antagonize the other side, falsify documents and delay court dates — for YEARS — because he is too scared to actually show up in court. This guy should not have a license to practice law. Stay away.
John McNeil has been abusing me for 7 years, breaking many NC State Bar Codes of Conduct and ethics laws many times. John was my husband's motorcycling riding buddy. Together they schemed to extort compromising photos out of me and use those to demand a 6 figure sum of money. He also falsified documentation. He sent a certified letter of a court date to my house, but in my exes name, so I would mot open it, thereby missing a court date, and losing custody for failure to show. He doesn't currently represent my ex, but has been in the parenting app impersonating my ex for years. He has refused court ordered expenses in the app, advised my ex on stealing the money from the childcare account monthly, and written me messages as my ex, giving false and misleading information for years, causing emotional harm to me and my kids (one ended up in PTSD therapy and anxiety medication), harassment, and extreme financial abuse.
