Mr. Campbell and I have worked together for several years on variable topics, most recently employment contracts. He knows my needs and preferences well, and is quick to respond to any questions, concerns or feedback.
Mr. West initially assured us of a strong defense. However, what we received was a prolonged effort to secure a $10,000 monthly 'evergreen' advanced fee agreement, without the promised results. Despite being hired to take my case to trial, Mr. West admitted to being unprepared and requested a continuance at our first court appearance. Throughout the representation, he and his associates consistently expressed unpreparedness and cited other commitments as reasons for their lack of attention to my case. The associates involved showed little interest in my input and produced internal documents that did not contribute to advancing my case but appeared to increase their fees. After months without an accounting of the funds paid into trust, we unexpectedly received an additional bill today, demanding thousands more.
