Despite being hired to take my case to trial, Mr. West admitted to being unprepared and requested a continuance at our first court appearance. Throughout the representation, he and his associates consistently expressed unpreparedness and cited other commitments as reasons for their lack of attention to my case. The associates involved showed little interest in my input and produced internal documents that did not contribute to advancing my case but appeared to increase their fees. After months without an accounting of the funds paid into trust, we unexpectedly received an additional bill today, demanding thousands more.
