Unethical Practices: I observed a disturbing pattern of unethical behavior throughout the course of my case. This included attempts to exploit the situation for personal gain, putting the interests of the lawyer above those of the client. This not only eroded trust but also left me feeling taken advantage of. Lack of Transparency: There was a glaring lack of transparency regarding fees and charges. I experienced unexpected and unexplained charges that were not communicated upfront. This lack of openness regarding financial matters raises serious concerns about the integrity and professionalism of your firm. Ineffective Communication: Communication was a constant struggle, with minimal updates and a failure to address my concerns promptly. A lack of responsiveness and clarity left me feeling ignored and unsupported during what should have been a challenging legal process.
