Marla chooses not to look at both sides and comes into a room with full biased if she is friendly with one of the counsels. She insists on respect without earning it and if she doesn’t feel like she’s getting the attention she is deserved she with sabotage and ruin your case for her own enjoyment. To watch a women shame other women for going through any sort of abuse or trying to protect their children is absolutely disgusting. This women should not have any control over anyone’s life. It is not a shock people do not believe in the justice system with such a crooked person in charge.
She does not listen to pro se advocating for themselves and children. She refuses to read my voluminous evidence that proves my ex is an unfit father. Extremely disappointed with her ability to fairly make a decision for the interests of my son.
Marla Snow and this firm are unprofessional and disgraceful. The way she handled our case, spoke to my wife, the lack of communication, the lies she told us, and the stunts she pulled to ruin are case once we fired her are sick and twisted. The woman cannot even write a coherent email. Her firm should distance themselves as far from her as possible and so should any prospective clients. I wouldn't touch this firm with a 30 foot pole.
I met with Marla in February 2020. She told me that she was very confident that she could get my house for me and $5k per month alimony. I didn't hear back from Marla until a week before our Mediation in May 2020. During our phone conversation Marla told me that she felt confident that she could get the house for me, but I would have to settle for $3500 per month alimony. However, during the mediation, something went really wrong, and Marla actually took sides with my ex-husband, who is really good at the manipulating women. He was able to con the Mediator and my own attorney against me. The Mediation went from me getting the house and $3500 per month alimony - to me being forced to sell the house, get kicked to the curb, and receive no alimony at all. This situation put my already failing health, into a health melt down. I stopped the Mediation. I tried to talk to Marla days later. No response from her. I hired another attorney. I need to be reimbursed for ALL Mediation fees.
In the four months I was a 'client' of Marla's, I never once received any communication from her in response to my questions and requests to advise. I sent emails and left voicemails. I was told that she received the messages, but I never hear back from her. There were also significant errors on my billing statement.
