I am so thankful for Kim and all of the help she has given me. I don't know if I could have survived this immigration process without her. She really knows everything there is to know about immigration--the proper steps to take, how to file all of the paperwork, what to do if something unexpected happens in the process. She is worth it for the peace of mind she gives. I will only use Kim's services for any immigration needs. She is very good at what she does!

Kim has helped me to get Travel Document over 6 years. The most touching one is in this year, when I forgot to renew my Travel Document and I could not come back to the U.S. due to business reason. I just have three days conference in Hawaii. Kim and her team made a few conference calls with various parties and prepared all necessary materials to get my application done in a very narrow time range. This really needs a lot of knowledge, skills, and leadership.

Kim is excellent at her job. She knows the routine extremely well, and is there to help you through every step. I like Kim because she is THOROUGH!!!! She will not miss anything on your forms, she has it all accounted for and is extremely good. We went through our firms and completed as much as we could and then we took them to Kim, she circled whatever we did wrong in red, and wrote extremely helpful notes on how to complete them the correct way.
