This is the first time that I am filing for Social Security Disability and the staff at Rob Levine law firm has been very helpful and very professional. Laidicha Nascimento is thorough and prompt with any of my questions/requests.

Nicholas Smalley has been very been handling my case. He keeps me up to date every step of the way. The office staff check in regularly. He has been doing a great job.

All of my calls were promptly answered. I felt important and like my case mattered

I don't have any.

He spends too much time on his television commercials and not enough time gathering the facts. I ended up in an arbitration which there was no way for me to win without being able to have a medical person present. It was me against the car insurance attorneys who were trying to dazzle their client. They would not accept the medical information I presented and felt it was not accurate.

Lack of communication. I never knew what was happening with my case. I was in a serious accident and I recovered very little. I had to do a lot of leg work on my own, like getting medical bills, which they then turned around and charged me for.

I have been associated with this firm for a few months. I wish I could provide a screenshot of how they never answer. I have called several times and never seem to get a response or call back. I have injuries I wanted them to address and I havent seen it in any of my disability claims with the VA. My case manager is not at the firm or changed and I still have no idea who Im dealing with. I was told to sign documents with no phone conferences and or someone explaining what was going on with my case. They have a video pre loaded to say yah but NO COMMUNICATION. As a VETERAN this is not DEDICATED SERVICES. I am still awaiting to hear back from the firm this is month 6 and I never had a conversation with anyone. When called Im sorry no one is in. This firm should be looked into and reviewed. Veterans deserve more than a video.

I want to be clear that this firm has created fraud against my claims. Furthermore, they were negligent, created extortion, and further serious charges that will be brought against them. I cannot on good conscience recommend a firm who is stolen from a fellow veteran. Robert is supposedly a veteran and if he was then he would not be stealing benefits from veterans. Furthermore, he would also not be creating extortion nor would his employees. I will be reporting this to the VA to open an active investigation and anyone else who had similar experiences I recommend that you report this as well. It has been brought to my most recent attention that legal counsel can only take portions of retro payment from appealed benefits. Robert Levine and his firm has stolen money from my convalescent leave, and from newly filed benefits for my left shoulder. I was unaware at the time given the Kelsey Craveiro was stealing these benefits. I recommend reporting this firm to the VA immediately!

Won my case but they were overpaid by social security and refuse to return the overpayment to me. The government says that the maximum they can get is $8k and they took $10k from me. Calls, texts, and emails gonet unanswered. I do not recommend doing business with them

If I could, I would rate them at a negative. I always had to initiate contact, they would NEVER contact me. They messed up my move and never filled out forms. When I asked to be released, they refused. Finally I was able to get them to release me, they did so, but refused to waive the fees because "they spent so much time and effort" on my case, which is a lie. This is nothing more than a mill who does nothing to earn their money.
